Privacy Policy
Draft · not in effect
This policy explains how LoadON.ai collects, uses, and protects information. The Platform is designed around one principle: it does not touch customer workload data.
1. Information We Collect
Account information: email, company name, contact details, settlement wallet address.
Node probe information: a supplier machine's hardware specs, system and network performance metrics, and anchor-latency measurements used for location verification (no personal content).
Transaction information: orders, metered usage, settlement, and payout records.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
The Platform does not receive, process, read, or store buyers' workload content (prompts, datasets, scripts) or results.
End-to-end encryption ensures workloads are encrypted on the buyer's side and decrypted only inside the supplier's container; the Platform handles only ciphertext.
3. How We Use Information
To match and provision compute, meter and settle, verify location and specs, prevent fraud, support accounts, and meet compliance obligations.
We do not use information for unrelated purposes and do not sell personal information to unrelated third parties.
4. Cookies & Sessions
The Platform uses necessary session cookies to maintain login state. We default to a minimal, functional approach.
5. Third Parties
To provide the service, the Platform may use third-party processors such as payment/settlement and cloud infrastructure. These processors access relevant information only as necessary to provide the service.
[Placeholder: the specific list of third parties and data-processing agreements to be disclosed once determined by the operating entity and counsel.]
6. Data Retention

7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, and export personal information, and to restrict processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
8. Cross-Border Transfers
The Platform serves global regions and information may be processed across jurisdictions. [Placeholder: specific transfer mechanisms and legal bases to be determined with legal advice.]
